No. Every dataset submitted to Discuss Data will be first techniqually reviewed by a curator responsible for the category. Only after a positive evaluation - curators check every dataset for completedness, requirements and legal issues - the dataset is accepted for publication. After your dataset has been reviewed by the curator, you will receive a notification regarding whether your dataset is ready for publication or if it has to be revised according to our requirements/suggestions of the curator.
