How long does the publishing process take?
The publishing process depends on you and the curator responsible for the category of your data. The better you prepare your data for submission according to our submission guidelines, the easier the work will be for the curator and the faster s/he can handle the publication request. The curators are encouraged to conduct the technical review in due time, preferably in two weeks' time. However, as our curators are working on a voluntary basis and have other duties to fulfil, in individual cases, or if data collections are large, the review process can take longer. After your data is accepted, you can immediately publish it and receive a DOI for citation.
