Description

This dataset consists of three parts:

(1) A database of more than 385,000 transcripts from speeches and oral contributions made in the Russian State Duma between 11 January 1994 and 17 June 2021.

(2) A database of Duma deputies and members of the Russian Federation Council since 1994.

(3) A frequency analysis of the terms used by the deputies in their Duma speeches.

This is the data used in the word counting tool at https://duma.dekoder.org/.
The raw data was acquired from the official Duma API http://api.duma.gov.ru/ (currently available in Russia only).
