Description

This is a description of a dataset of 97 semi-structured interviews conducted between 2016 and 2018 with representatives of the state, international, and civil society organizations working on primary healthcare, HIV/AIDS, and tuberculosis programs in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. The interviews aimed to map the leading stakeholders and their interaction with each other. They also supported the sustainability assessment of the primary healthcare, HIV/AIDS, and tuberculosis programs implemented in the two countries. The majority of interviews were conducted in Yerevan and Bishkek in Russian (55), English (32), and Kyrgyz (10) languages.
