Description

This dataset contains the transcripts of nine focus groups with university students, conducted 2019 by the Center for Independent Social Research St. Petersburg (CISR) in Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, and St. Petersburg. Due to the sensitivity of the topic and in order to protect privacy rights of the interviewees, all interviews were anonymized by CISR.

The focus groups discussions included questions about students’ awareness of the scale and consequences of corruption and its different manifestations; assessments of anti-corruption measures undertaken by the state and public anti-corruption initiatives; and their personal willingness and readiness to confront corruption.

To access the dataset, please contact the curator for corruption-related data, Eduard Klein (eklein@uni-bremen.de), and briefly explain the purpose of data use.
